I am still having issues with subscription enabling. Payment goes through but seller can not activate the purchased subscription.

Please make sure that you have recieved the IPN confirmation from PayPal. And you have enabled the both gateway PayPal and PayPal adaptive payments with API.

Yes I have received all the settings via the PayPal developer site (application number) and PayPal website with my credentials. Can I give you my PayPal username and password to check. It is the same for both sites- developer and normal PayPal.

It’s begining to annoy me now.

Also if my PayPal gateway is working and I am receiving payment when they select a subscription plan does that not mean my PayPal is working.

My issue is after paypment ( I can recover payment with PayPal) the subscription plan is NOT activating?? So clearly it is website not PayPal.

I have asked that did you get the IPN notification after purchasing the subscription pack by the seller. Seller will be able to upload product when you will get IPN confirmation.

Yes I recieved an email from PayPal with transaction number etc with paypment amount. Also recieved an email from Dokan website with confirmation of subscription plan purchased.

Clearly shows it’s not a payment issue but a website issue!

After checking the video makes sense and I have the following URL in my IPN URL and is enabled.

I’m not sure if this is the correct URL as I understand it is meant to be linked to a page where it has the PayPal script installed.

Please confirm if this is the correct URL?
