|Charles Witt||Hello, is it possible to set different taxes per every vendor? Some of them have to pay taxes and some of they dont. Is there any option that every vendor enables or disable taxing in their own shop? Thank you for your answer.|

It does however seem like you have removed the possibility in WooCommerce to let sellers set taxes per product?

Woocommerce handles taxes very well but only for one static address. The address you set as your base location. This does not work when you have a multi vendor marketplace because the base address is always different e.g. the store owners address. It seems to me that to make taxes work correctly you would need to have the option to set taxes to the sellers base address and then its a matter of inputting all the rates based on that address. Am i wrong?

Would be great to have the option to handle tax the way etsy does it https://www.etsy.com/help/article/331

Thank you Mike for describing the scenario.
The developer team is going to have a meeting this week to determine what needs to be done regarding vat and tax. Hope to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

Has your developer team had a chance to figure out how to enable the multi-vendor marketplace feature whereby each vendor can set their own sales tax rate? We have many vendors, and their sales tax rates are all different depending upon the registered location of their business. Thank you!!
