[tweak] Order refund by seller removed

Hello Tor,

We had included the default product upload form of WooCommerce. With the new update of WooCommerce, the refund option got included too. But we were not managing anything for refunds. Neither we included any calculation for refunds.

So the refund button just standing there to do nothing. So we removed that in this version to avoid confusion.

If the admin is receiving all the payments, then admin will handle the refund and dispute out of the system and mark the order as refunded.

The same applies for the sellers when using PayPal Adaptive and Stripe Connect. Sellers will handle the disputes out of the system and mark the order as refunded.
