You have installed 3 theme with different version. I have deleted because it can create issue. I have to do fresh install of Dokan plugin and theme. For that I need your FTP. Please create a backup.

You deleted the wrong theme. Can you please let me know what time you deleted it so I can restore the site at the correct restore point to get the theme back?

I have just restored the site, and I uninstalled then reinstalled all Dokan plugins as well as the theme.
I bulk deactivated all the plugins to go through them one by one, and it gave me a blank white screen on both frontend and backend, so I fixed this via Cpanel, and found the culprit to be the Dokan plugin. When I deactivate it, the frontend goes blank white.
I will send you login details and FTP now 🙂

Yes, fixed. You did not configure the plugin correctly. That was happening because you did not select my account page from Dokan->Settings->Page settings.

There are a few things that aren’t working on my site now:
1. Stripe payment connect not showing up in the seller dashboard. I tried switching to Dokan theme and it didnt show up on that either.
2. When replying to a support ticket, the page hangs.
3. The live search isn’t working.

Which theme of Dokan are you using?. Please make sure that you are using the latest theme of Dokan which is v2.2 and also you have to use the latest version of stripe connect add-on. You can check your account to check the latest version of this add-on
