Allen I have created a new form and added "featured image upload", "image upload", and "file upload" to the form. When you click on the upload buttons, nothing happens and the inspector shows this error: Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (anonymous function). The uploader is not being activated when you click the button for any of these upload types: -featured image upload -image upload -file upload I haven't seen a straight answer to this problem on the forum yet, and I need to get this resolved asap. This is the only reason I bought this plugin. Thanks.

Hello Allen,

This might be a conflict with your theme. Please switch to a WordPress default theme like “Twenty Twelve”. After switching to a default theme if your problem is not solved then deactivate all your plugins except user fronted pro and check and let me know.

Thank you 🙂

Thank you for the reply. I will try this, but I’m not sure the theme is the issue, because your free version works flawlessly with my theme. The uploader script for the free version seems to be different than the Pro version. Is it possible to just use the same code from the free version for the Pro version uploader script? Could you show me what files and lines to edit to accomplish this?

Thanks!
Allen

Nayem,

Thanks again for the advice. I deactivated plugins and realized that the “Scripts to Footer” plugin (https://wphive.com/plugins/scripts-to-footerphp/) was creating the issue. I deactivated it on the pages where I include the WP User Frontend Pro plugin and it works great now. Thanks!
