paperweight | I am trying to get the Membership plugin to work with WPUF Pro. Both of them are activated but I can't figure out how to get the great post-subscription mechanism in WPUF Pro to work with Membership. Or maybe I am doing this incorrectly? Any thoughts on how to use them together? |

paperweight | Thanks for your fast feedback. Ok, WPUF Pro has almost everything we need actually. However, it lacks some things that we hope Membership can supplement. For example, we need this: 1) A billing page to see past invoices for paid subscriptions. I need to build a site that allows people to buy subscriptions for placing Posts on the site. This is what WPUF Pro does very well. So, I would really rather ONLY use WPUF Pro since WPUF Pro has the core functionality we need, but unfortunately we need to use some sort of addon plugin like Membership. So I am trying to figure out how to use them together. Maybe I use Membership as the dominant plugin that handles everything and somehow only use WPUF Pro (or the free version) for frontend posting? |

Mahi | All you have to do – 1. Create Different post forms and create different pages with form short-codes 2. Create membership packs / Subscriptions plans (WPMU) 3. create user access levels 4. Assign pages in to different access level 5. Combine access levels with membership packs Check here to see what you can do with WPMU membership plugin. make sure to turn off subscription feature from WPUF. PS: Our Developer team is working on to improve WPUF’s build-in subscription system with more payment gateways. |

paperweight | Hi, thanks again for the info. Right, this information looks good but there is one big problem: we want subscription packages based on X Posts in X period. For example make 3 Posts over a 120 Day period. So WPUF Pro has the “Post Count” and “Validity”, but Membership doesn’t have those features as part of its Level or Subscription options. If we could figure out how to connect those, then that would solve almost all our problems~ |

paperweight | You mean the plugin at http://www.paidmembershipspro.com is fully integrated and does what we need to do? They have a free version, so will that work as well with your integration and do you have more details about that? Yes I just emailed wpmudev.org and they said it’s fine for me to give you a copy of the plugin. How shall I send to you the zip? |

paperweight | Also, will the Paid Memberships Pro addon be on their site at http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/ or will this be an addon free on your site to WPUF PRO users? |

Mahi | It will be available on our site as premium add-on and Only developer license owners will get it free. |

paperweight | We have been testing PMPro and WPUF Pro over the last 4-5 days alot. It seems to work well together. However, we can not commit to using PMPro because many of its functionality is unknown. We asked the developers directly via email a few questions a few days ago and not heard back. So I feel more comfortable with WPMUDEV Membership plugin. Is there any ETA on when you may have an addon for that completed? I have read other threads that ask WPUF Pro to do *everything* including billing, TML, etc. However, I think you guys should focus on making WPUF Pro excellent for creating forms on frontend and leave the other stuff to TML and Membership, etc. 😉 |
