Did you change anything code in this file dokan-plugin/templates/orders/listing.php. If you changed anything I will suggest you to please follow the instructions in this thread #43324

Regarding the same vendor issue. I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed.

Yes, you have to do every update. We have designed with this policy. As our system considered an unregistered customer a guest user.

But I am still trying to find out the actual fault.

To get the database I need Cpanel details.
