Nayem | Hello, I have contacted you team about this before with no help. For some reasons only some vendors can upload to their dashboard and others can not. I am using the Dokan subscriptions plugin and although some vendors pay for a subscription service and have activated accounts, they still can not upload. please help |

Nayem | Hello Kelechi, When a seller will purchase subscription pack you will get IPN confirmation from paypal. After getting the confirmation seller will be able to upload product. So, please make sure that you have setup IPN. In our side there is no problem with the subscription. I have tested a lot of time. Thanks. |

lesly revenge | I am having the same problem. I created a discount code that allow the vendor to post for free. Therefore, I do not get a paypal IPN. Now, how can we set it up that we can give free subscriptions to some sellers. Lesly |

Kelechi | what your saying is not helping me solve the problem. thats great that you tested so many times, but i am having an issue and i need someone to help me resolve it. as i said, some vendors the subscriptions works fine and they can upload products and others can’t. it seems like every other seller who creates an account can upload products no problem, while every other seller who creates an account can not. so i need help getting to the root of this issue so i can fix and all of my sellers can upload. I have IPN enabled. Please help and please stop telling me you have tested this many times. i need answers. |

Nayem | Hello Kelechi, I have seen that you are using Paypal pro as your payment method. For that this recurring subscription is not working. You have to use PayPal for recurring subscritpion. Paypal Pro does not support recurring billing. Please check the screenshot- You have to use normal paypal – |
