I have seen that you are using Paypal pro as your payment method. For that this recurring subscription is not working. You have to use PayPal for recurring subscritpion. Paypal Pro does not support recurring billing. Please check the screenshot-
You have to use normal paypal –

Hello, this does not make sense.
ALL of my vendors have been able to do recurring billing. that is not the problem. because they all checkout using PAYPAL.
the problem is that some vendors can not add items to their dasboard once they have selected a subscription account. some vendors are able to add items and other vendors are not. this is not a problem with paypal, this is a problem/bug with the plugin.
please help me fix.May 18, 2015 at 11:16 am #44313
There is not bug in subscription. If there is any bug then none of the seller will not be able to upload product. Your payment method is selected as PayPal pro. You can search that PayPal pro does not have recurring option. You can use normal paypal then check. Everything will work fine.
Thanks.May 18, 2015 at 11:19 am #44315
i am already using normal paypal. no seller is using paypal pro. all sellers only use regular paypal. but some still can not upload. please help me fix this.May 18, 2015 at 11:32 am #44319
I have checked your site before. Please check the screenshot below. It has been taken from your site. I can see clearly that you have enabled paypal pro. You have to use normal paypal which i have marked. But the radio button is checked for paypal pro-May 18, 2015 at 11:46 am #44321
please listen to what i am saying.
sellers do not checkout with paypal pro, that is not possible. paypal pro is for credit cards and that that is customers. sellers checkout with paypal, so they can enable recurring billion. you get me?
there is not problem with the recurring payments, all sellers can do that. the problem is with adding products. when i sellers pays chooses a subscription and recurring payments are enables, they can not upload. the dashboard just keeps telling them to choose a subscription package, although they have already chosen one.
i have even set paypal has the default payment gateway and it still does not work. please help.May 18, 2015 at 11:51 am #44322
Thank you for your clear information.
So when the seller purchase the subscription pack you must have to get the IPN confirmation. After the confirmation seller will be able to upload product. If you are receiving the confirmation and still seller can not upload then let me know.
Thanks.May 18, 2015 at 11:54 am #44324
I have IPN enabled for paypal.
I do not get any other type of confirmation from paypal once seller chooses a subscrition pack.May 18, 2015 at 12:31 pm #44331
You must have to get the notification from PayPal. Without IPN confirmation seller will not be able to upload product.
