So what did we spend the last 2 weeks talking about in this support then, deleting my files, and messing aruond with my client for if you knew this all along?
You advertise that your plugin can “upload videos” … that is the ONLY reason why I purchased it at the time.
Fortunately I have found another plugin but this is pretty ridiculous to be honest. I mean what did I pay for? For 2 weeks of average support, more work, an angry client just to be told all along “sorry we don't have this feature”.
Sorry for the inconvenience. From beginning we were not clear which field through you are trying to upload the video. Two days ago we had got to know that you are trying to upload video through “Custom Fields-> File Upload”. After then I have checked and provided you support quickly.
I have forwarded this issue to our developer team. Hope they will impalement this feature in near future.
