I can't get SMS Verification to work together with User Frontend Pro.
In the description it is mentioned that I can implement SMS Verification in the registration form. Because you're the same company that has built Front End Pro, I thought it would be possible to build it in the registration form built with Frontend Pro, which doesn't seem to be the case.
So, the plugin (SMS verificiation) is worthless for me.
Could I have my money back or would you else build in a function to integrate it with User Frontend Pro very soon (e.g. a new form element for sms verification in the UFP form builder)
Thank you.February 26, 2015 at 5:58 pm #37735
Did not you get the SMS option to configure your verification?. If not, then please navigate to user frotned->settings->SMS and fill the requirements.

There are no sms settings under “user frontend” -> “settings”. I only have options in the wp “settings” -> “sms verification”, which I've set (Gateway: Nexmo). “Enable on Registration” is activated.
But there isn't any option in the user frontend pro forms builder to add the sms verification to a registration form, which I've expected from a plugin from the company of User Frontend Pro.February 28, 2015 at 11:06 am #37825
In the registration form builder there will be no option for sms verification. After enabling SMS verification on the registration it will work for the registration form which you are using. You can read this documentation- http://docs.wedevs.com/how-to-use-sms-verification/.

Yes, I see the phone field in the registration form now.
But anyway, I would need the phone verification after the user is logged in. So, I would need it on a different “update registration form”. I thought I could be more flexible with that plugin to work with UFP. I also wasn't able to check the demo before buying, because if I click on “Settings -> SMS Verification” in the demo, I'm redirected to the WP dashboard. So would you refund or make it possible to build in the sms verification anywhere (e.g. with a shortcode or as a form field), please?
By the way, I'm still very happy with UFP.March 2, 2015 at 5:54 pm #37996
I am really sorry to say that our sales are final. We do not have any refund policy. Please read our Terms of service here- http://wedevs.com/terms-of-service/.

That's sad because I wasn't even able to test the functionality in the demo before buying.
Maybe you can request this (shortcode or form field) as a feature.March 3, 2015 at 10:30 am #38044
I will notify to our developer team about this feature. Hope they will think about this feature to implement in our next release.
Thank you 🙂
