    I purchased the mid-grade installation that includes WP User Frontend Pro, installed the plugin and activated it. It does not appear in my menu as an option.

    I tried to post in the proper forum, but it would not allow me to post there.

    Please open Wp user frontend plugin folder/admin/settings.php file. In this file you will get this line- add_menu_page( __( 'WP User Frontend', 'wpuf' ), __( 'User Frontend', 'wpuf' ), $capability, 'wpuf-admin-opt', array($this, 'plugin_page'), 'dashicons-exerpt-view', 55 ); Please change the position number 55 to 15 or 17 or another number.

    Becuase the menu position overridden by another plugin's menu. Please check and let me know.

    Thanks.

    This is a list of available folders.

    Wp content/plugins/Wp user frontend pro/css.php

    There is not an admin file or settings file.

    Is it possible for me to get a refund and try a different solution?

    Hello,

    You have mentioned the wrong plugin name. You have purchased Wp-project manager but you have told that you are having issue with Wp user fronted pro.

    Please open Wp content/plugins/project-manager/cpm.php file. In this file you will get this line- $hook = add_menu_page( __( 'Project Manager', 'cpm' ), __( 'Project Manager', 'cpm' ), $capability, 'cpm_projects', array($this, 'admin_page_handler'), 'dashicons-networking', 3 );

    Please change the position number 3 to 15,16 or 17.
