I just ran several test with users with the roles of author, contributor, and editor and well as the player role from SportsPress. What I discoverd is that the only posts that show up in the dashboard are the standard wordpress posts. None of the custom post types display in the list on the dashboard. Please explain how to fix this.
Thanks!July 13, 2015 at 3:14 pm #55442

Thank you for your efforts! We are making progress in the right direction. Two issues still remain. The first is that only the “school” field's data from the metrics array is showing up on the frontend. The second is that player are still not able to view/edit their profiles on the frontend.
I am waiting patiently for you to conquer this issue. 🙂July 20, 2015 at 11:53 am #56360

Make sure you have set [wpuf_dashboard] shortcode in dashboard page.
Also, I am not able to login to the backend of the site. That is why I can not check the settings.

With all due respect, I do not have anymore time to waste on this product. I have missed several production deadlines hoping for a solution with with this plugin to no avail. There are several things that we both missed over the past 45 days. First off, this plugin DOES NOT recognize custom post types. THIS IS THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM! Nothing that we have done and/or could do will make this thing work until it recognizes custom post types. I have uninstalled it and I'm moving forward with another solution. Please just refund my money so that I can leave with a calm spirit. I am extremely disappointed in this product. Share that with your developers.
