Are you using some other plugins? The plugin uses ajax for form submission and seems like the callback is somehow renamed. Can you try disabling other plugins?

I have just activated the plugins:
‘Advanced Expert, Contact Form 7, Theme my Login, WordPress Importer and WP User Frontend Pro’.
I have disabled all but my Login and User Theme FrontEnd Pro and still not working.

Can you test with another theme? Maybe the default WordPress theme?

So seems like your theme is doing some magic and the plugin doesn’t work. May be you should ask to your theme author for support (if it’s a premium one).

The Author Theme says
‘Tried to fix with several ways but I can’t find the solution.’

now what?

Can you see what the problem is?
if the plugin was always fine with all the themes, we would not need support.

And I’m in the middle of you and the author of the theme and no one gives me solution.

🙁

Hello,
Sorry to hear that.If your theme author couldn’t fix it or refuse to help further, then You have to hire 3rd party developer to fix this issue.

We would love to help you out here, but digging a complete new theme codes and fix bugs is out of frame support and time costly.
If you still want us to fix it, then We have to charge you $129 one time fees. If it sounds reasonable then email to – support at wedevs.com
Hope you do understand the facts here.

Hi Javier, the problem is as follows:

The plugin uses ajax for submitting the form and it expects a response when the submission is complete. Then the response is handled by the plugin with a function to decide whether to redirect or show a message. But the problem with your theme is that, your theme is creating a callback function by itself and for that WPUF can’t handle the response by itself. The callback function is handling the response and it’s added by your theme somehow I don’t know. So the spinning icon in the registration form continues spinning because it doesn’t know what to do next. So I can’t give you a solution as the problem is not created by the plugin, your theme is responsible for that. Hope you understand the fact.
