What are your support services?
We only provide support for irregularities, malfunctions (bugs) in our products. We do not do customization or provide support for issues caused by any third party plugin.
All of our free or pro products come with extensive documentation and video tutorials that help you to install, configure and customize your plugin or theme. You don’t need very advanced wp knowledge or coding skills to get most of the issues solved.
