Validity of Refund Reason

- For claims on product bugs or malfunctioning, we will do our best to resolve the issue for you first before resorting to a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds to clients who act in bad faith or misuse our services.
- Refunds will only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date, and we are unable to process refunds after this time.
- Refunds are not applicable to discounted products, upgrades, or renewals.
We do not refund if the product has been purchased at discount.
Policy for Automatic Payments
To ensure that our products remain up-to-date and continuously
improved, we require subscriptions to be renewed annually for
products such as Dokan Multivendor Pro, WP Project Manager Pro,
WP User Frontend Pro, WooCommerce Conversion Tracking, and
certain extensions. However, the decision to renew your
subscription is up to you. We, however, highly recommend
renewing your subscription so that you can receive the latest
updates to our products. Please note that a valid subscription
is required to receive updates.
If a parent plugin is expired-
- You won't be able to download any product from the dashboard.
- All the extensions of the parent plugin will be disabled from the download section.
- In case of modules that come with the different packages, you will have to renew the parent plugin. All the updates of the modules come through the parent plugin so you won't be able to download any updates without the parent plugin.
Please note, when you purchase any product through Credit/Debit
cards or PayPal, you give permission for renewals by default. It
is up to you to allow the settings or disable the auto-renewal.
If you do not cancel automatic payments from your account, it
will –
- Renew the product subscription after one year.
- Charge your account automatically.
- We do not refund auto renewal payments for any product.
So, please make sure to cancel automatic payment while purchasing if you don't want to renew your license after one year.
