Mohd Ghufran	What happens if someone pays for a product and the person fails to send the item? Does the money get sent back to the person who was looking to buy it or what? If so, how is this handled? It seems that this can likely happen. I would like to see dokan have these functions: 1. Ability to copy a product from my product list to a new product. 2. Ability to rate buyers once the transaction is completed. 3. Ability to read what messages are sent as a product inquiry. This would help to prevent people from buying away from the website which could hurt commissions.

What I plan to do is, do like a safe trade, hold the money for let say 5 days, if no dispute from buyer,release the payment if seller withdraw. So you have 5 days to confirm whether the seller is doing something wrong. But I can’t find is Dokan have the Dispute reporting or not,how buyer want to report?…somebody please confirm and elaborate?
