Add a field on Guest Post

| Mahi | Hello On Frontend submission on forms, under the tab "Post Settings" we have user details of Name Label and Email. I have guest post enabled and guests have to submit name and email, is there any way adding the "Phone Number" field to the User Details section? In my environment, adding the phone number field to the Form itself is not the best option, so Id like to add a phone number field to User Details. Thing is, on my environment, user first fills out the post title and body and clicks on submit, when clicks on submit he gets a pop up, in the pop up window he fills the name, email or chooses to submit anonymousely... When I add the Phone Number field on the form itself, the phone number field is displayed under the form (where user fills out post title, body etc...) If I had Phone Number field in the user details section, that would get displayed in the pop up, where user fills his name and email... so basically, I need to show the phone number field in that pop up, not directly under the form fields. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance! |

| Hello, 1. Install Register Plus Redux plugin and active it 2. Settings >> Register Plus Redux >> Additional Fields >> create a field call “Phone number” 3. Save it 4. Now you can see additional settings option beside that field 5. Turn on “Show on profile” and get the “Database Key” its your “meta_key” 6. DONOT turn on show on registration it may break your WPUF front-end registration page, anyway you can play around with it. 7. now, go back to your WPUF Registration form , create a field using the same “meta_key” 8.
