Mailing system for Dokan is manged by WooCommerce. If you suspect or your hosting provider is suspecting about our plugin you can try with default WordPress system with all the plugins disabled.
That means you have only WordPress installed and no plugin. WordPress has a default feature to mail the admin when someone register or comments. So if that work then every other plugin should work without any issues.
I think I might've found the problem. As I am browsing through the core of the Dokan plugins, I see that this script is inactive -> “Editing dokan/classes/email.php (inactive)”. Is there a way to make it active? I think that might help us with the email problem. Also, on my Woocommerce system status, I found this -> dokan/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.6, do you think that it also causes the email problem? Thanks! This is the last problem that would push us to the final stage – release stage.
