ajax category has problem

javad hi.i have many category and sub category in my website i want to show categories step by step (first show main cat then show sub) when i use category field by ajax method it has problem it just show main category every time!!!

my plugin is pro but i have to post topic in free version because i didnt buy this plugin
my cousin bought from canada and send for me and just im using this plugin
