Mahi Hi Support. I applied for my adaptive payment information from Paypal and am now trying to add it. I have been able to add most of the info: App username: Yes App password: Yes App Signiture: Yes The issue is the API App ID, as this does not match the info that was emailed to me. As per my screenshot, will the API App ID be the credential? Thanks

have you application got approved? If not then use this Global Application ID: APP-80W284485P519543T

when your application got approved you have to change that.

Cheers.

The application was approved Mahi

That screen shot comes from the Paypal back office with the information in.

There is nothing that says Global Application ID.

Any clarification on where in Paypal this information would be found please? I have checked the confirmation email and it does not have that information

seems like it is asking you the reason for your application. Sorry, in Australia we never faced anything like this. Would you mind to give paypal a call for clarification? Paypal have different layout/criteria for different countries.

Hi Mahi

Sorry I think you are misunderstanding the screen shot.

The screen shot is of my paypal back office (It is not a form I am not trying to fill in)

I have edited out the text for security reasons.

I can try email paypal for further clarification as to where I can find my Global Application ID: APP

If you application got approved then you don’t need to bother for global application ID. they will provide you a unique application ID.

Sorry, for miscommunication. Please let us know the result of discussion with paypal uk.
