Best way to Report your Problem – Support How to

	Before anyone get the wrong idea, this is not a rule. Its a 'maybe' guideline, if you follow it, it will be easy for both you and us to solve the problem faster. Inspect the problem Most of the problem ( around 60% ) reported here are just happen because of not looking closely. WPUF has lots of functionality, a lot more way to extend it. We always recommend, before building a form, check all the options carefully. It will save you from a lots of trouble. Neither the world nor WPUF is perfect. There will be problems, Bugs, silly mistakes, conflicts or incompatibility. Here is a checklist, it will help you to inspect the problem faster. Is WPUF conflicting with any other plugin? Try deactivating and reactivating them. Check the live form, check the console, is there any error? Did you inserted the shortcode properly? Did you set the form settings correctly? This little checklist will help you to inspect the problem. Once you are sure that there is a problem, buckle up and post it here :) Best way to report Before reporting a problem, try to search it in the forum. Someone might report a similar problem before. If no luck, we are here to help you. When reporting a problem, there are several things you can do that will easier the process for us. And that will help you to get the answer faster. When reporting a problem, try to provide us a screenshot of the problem, best if you can provide us the live url. It will help us to inspect the problem faster. Be brief, as much possible. Explain the problem. If you have any theory of yours, why its happening, don't hesitate to share with us. That might lead us to a new improvement. When you are sharing any credential, like WordPress login credential or password of a protected directory, mark it private. Fill the topic tags section. Comma separated keyword of the problem. It will help someone to search it. Check the support forum hours. If you post something in off time, it might take a while for us to solve it. We will expect your patience in such case. Kenneth	Hey, can you help me? I am using EShopper Child Theme and also WP Frontend Pro. I am facing some problems with page comments and customization of customer/seller registration form (instead of automatically registered, i want it to be approve me, like after register, it will send the details and verify by me before seller start to sell). There is an issue with the Frontend registration form as well. My questions are : Can I replace the registration form I created with the default customer/seller form on the mainpage? Can I disable the comment/post on the pages I created? Thank You!

Yan	Posted 3 days ago but haven’t gotten any support yet. We need our license key deactivated from our development site so that we can activate it for our real site. The error is below… WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy The plugin gives the option to deactivate it on the old site so the E-mail Address and License Key can be added on the new site but this built-in feature does not work. Should be a simple fix, please help – thanks!
