Bug on image upload file with conditional logic on Safari Iphone

It’s difficult to provide the screenshot.
The scenario is :
– If the image upload field is hidden on page loading ( because it has to be shown only if a dropdown above is equal to a certain value) Safari on iphone doesn’t recognize that the button “select image” is an upload button. It just follows the # link and scroll to the top of the page.
– If the ‘select image’ button is visible on page loading everything is working.

(It does the same thing on Safari mac with iphone user agent selected)
