I have told before that you are using sidebar in the dashboard page. Please change the template to full-width for the dashboard.

Try to post your issue in one single post. It is easy to maintain. If you want to remove any feature from our plugin then you have to customize the plugin code.

regarding the activation.
this is the reply from the hosting.

You might want to check with the plugin developer on the issue of activation. From server side port and IP address for connection to other site are OK.

This issue might caused from the plugin website firewall that might blocked your wordpress address/IP.
