I just upgraded to the Pro version. I have tried several times to create a project, but the system will not allow me to create one. Once I click on “New Project”, it goes to a grey screen and I am not able to input anything to create the project.
Yes, the only plugins having problems is the free and pro versions of the Project Manager. If deactivate the free version the pro version will not allow me to create a new project at all. All it will let me do is edit existing projects. In order to add a new project, I have to deactivate the pro version.
See the problem why you see blank responses is there are problems with your support system. I am replying back directly from your email reply and it is posting my response blank inside the account. These last two posts I have logged in directly to your website to reply.
The free version might conflict with the Pro version (as they use same functionality). So remove the free one and see what happens.
If deleting the free version doesn't help, you may provide us your admin login credentials and FTP in a private reply for us to inspect what's going wrong.
