Hi Towhid,

I have just checked it out but still having issues with the background.

#1. Now when you log out from the wordpress backend and visit the website as a consumer the menubar separates from the top. This is not how it comes as theme and I prefer it attached to the top of the site. See screenshot: http://skootchie.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Screen-Shot-2015-08-26-at-19.00.15.png

#2. The background is looking perfect at the top of the page, but when you look at the footer of the website it is still splitting the image. See screenshot: http://skootchie.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Screen-Shot-2015-08-26-at-19.00.37.png

I am sorry this is taking so much time to fix, but I just need it to work perfectly.

Thank you!!

Frank

Hello Frank,

For Problem 1:
There was a code we have noticed was responsible for separating the menubar from top and that code was not written by us.

For Problem 2:
We have tried much to find out the problem – why the image splitting at the bottom. At last we have able to find the cause. This is happening only in chrome but not in firefox. But we did not yet able to find out the actual reason for the chrome issue. Make sure you have the latest version of chrome. If not then please update the latest version immediately and see what happen.

Thanks

Hi Towhid,

We are almost there. When I use Safari it works perfectly!! I checked the version of my chrome browser, but it has the latest update and is still giving those glitches. Please let me know if I can help to solve this issue.

I will be waiting for your answer.

Thank you!

Hello Frank,

I have tried seveal way to fix this for you. But I have known that Fixed image is a big bug for chrome. We will wait for future chrome update.

Also, I have found that the theme is not properly coded. I think you can check a premium theme. You can ask a support from the theme developer. Tell theme the HTML <body> element has an image attachment which does not stay fit in the chrome browser. I hope they will answer you and provide a hints for solution.

Thanks
