Nayem Hi folks: I'm doing some tests with role users and something is going wrong. I've added a client to one project but this client user can't see the project on main page: "No projects found!" but there's (1) active. Any idea how to solve it? thanks in advance, Juan

Hello Juan,

Please make sure that you have enable Project Manage Capability to that user role. If that user signed up as subscriber or any other role then you have to enable project manage capability for him. Please navigate to Project manager pro-> Settings-> General to get this option. Please check and let me know.

Thank you:)

Hi Nayem:

I’ve enable the role “client” ( a brand new role I’ve created with another plugin) and it doesn’t work. If the client follow the link of the mail, he can see the project…but when he clicks on “projects” the plugin show this:

All Active (1) Completed (0)
No projects found!

any idea?

thanks in advance,

Juan

Hello JUan,

Did you assign the project for this role?. You have to assign the project to the role. If you have assigned but still user can not see the project then please provide your login details by using this form – http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/. I will have a look what is going wrong.

Thank you 🙂

Hello JUan,

I have checked your site. Everything is working fine there. I have created a project named test and assigned a client “wedevs”. I logged in to “wedevs” profile and i can see the project. I think you are missing something.
Your user should be signed up as those role which are permitted to see the project and manage it. If you select a user in project as client and if he did not signed up as permitted role to see project or create project then he will not be able to see or create project. The user must be registered as client if you want to show him the project. If you have enabled project permission for “Client” then user must be registered as client.

Thank you 🙂

Hi Nayem:

Sorry for the delay on the reply. Yes, it’s working fine; finally, the client can see the project thank you 🙂

I’ve got another issue in this point, because private post seems to not be working fine. I’ve assigned a client role to an user and checked as private some to dos and messages…But the client can see it. Any idea about what I’m doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,

Best,

Juan

Sorry! Think I’ve discovered the issue. If I check as private some to-do or message I’ve written before…client can see them. If I create it private…works fine. Hope this can be add some light to resolve the problem.

Thank you!
