    I tried that link which you sent, but that information is of no use for me.
    because i have already tried that SMTP server.

    This site is not hosted on GoDaddy server.

    New version has a feature named Add a new product select multiple categories from the front end dashboard, that’s why we have to use the latest version only because of this feature. Can you make this feature available in older version, that I can satisfy my client with older version.

    Try to resolve this issue in the latest version.

    We are waiting for your positive response. I hope this time you will come up with appropriate resolution.

    Hello Sawan,

    Actually Dokan plugin is not responsible for this issue. You can check by disable the dokan plugin and create a new order, reset the password for a test and see what happen. You must see email will not work.

    I told you earlier that no user are facing this matter right now. But dokan is child plugin and its parent plugin is woocommerce.

    This issue is very common for woocommerce.

    Can you please change this site to another server and see what happen.
