Nayem | Hi, if I use conditional logic for showing up an HTML field, this condition takes effect on all other HTML fields. By default all HTML fields are hidden and if the condition is true all HTML fields show up. I guess the problem is that the HTML fields are triggered (show/ hide) by their class because the classname of HTML fields is the same for all fields in the same form: "wpuf_custom_html_POST_ID", i.e. "wpuf_custom_html_1334". Could this be solved please? |

Nayem | Hello Torben, Happy New Year 🙂 I am really sorry for being late. I have tested your issue but i did not find any problem here. My developer said that there might be a problem with any third party plugin. Can you please check for your plugin conflict. Please deactivate all of your plugin except user fronted pro and then test. If the problem remain then please let me know. On your second point- We always try to send reply as early as possible to our customer. If you did not get any reply from us then we are sorry for that. Right now we can not offer you any kind of discount. But in near future if we offer any kind of discount then off-course we will think about you. Thank you for understanding 🙂 |
