List is working but the product number is not matching. There should be a problem with the database. So, I will suggest you to do a clean installation of your site and provide us your cpanel or FTP details.

Ok no worries I am just bit stressed out. Going live in couple days but need to complete all support staff…also when you post the auction and select NOW from the calendar you must wait 8 hours for auction to start can you please adjust that on Western Australian time,,Thanks

You can set the time for your website from Wp-admin->Settings->General. But if you are looking for to change product list time format then you have to customize the plugin. By-default it is not possible.
