Ah, but is it possible to edit the php file which sends this email out? Is it something in Dokan theme?

Yes you can edit email file. Go to email.php file in classes folder. If you want to customize email template then this documentation can help you http://docs.wedevs.com/customise-e-mail-template/ . Thank you..

Hmm, I’ve had a look at it but can’t figure out how to do what I’d like to do…
I have the “Product Enquiry” plugin, and want the main store to be BCC’d into any email sent from product detail pages, to check no users are trying to make out-of-site purchases from sellers.
Could you possible advise on how to do this?
