    Hi,

I am using Frontend Pro to create a woocommerce product. In the form, I have added a custom taxonomy and right now, it shows all taxonomies in the dropdown. Where as I want it to dynamically ONLY show a specific Taxonomy based on the user – How can I do this?

    Hello Aman,

Use this field “Selection terms = Taxonomy id” If you have multiple taxonomy you can set in the selection terms field with separate with a comma.

    Thanks

I cannot pre define a taxonomy id as its dynamic. For example:

A user logs into wordpress –> create a product using User Front End –> In the Taxonomy field, I want only specific category available to be selected

Each user in my wordpress has a product category where his/her products are stored. This is the category i want to show in the form

    Hello Aman,

For avail that option you can select “Selection Type = Include” and “Selection terms = ID of categories”. Please check the following screenshot.

Understood but how will I know the term ID? As mentioned earlier, each logged in user has its own term and that is what it needs to be for term ID

I think i will have to write a hook

    Hello Aman,

If you hover a term then an absolute URL will be show off at the bottom of the screen. In that URL Tag_ID=” ” will be also available. Here is the screenshot.

    Identify term id

    Thanks
