Sorry for the delay. I had forgot to subscribe to this thread. What are you entering into the address bar? I have never had a problem with site visibility. I am able to view the site from multiple platforms across several different IP addresses.

I was able to replicate the error you are receiving.

The domain is NOT “https://” please try “http://” or “www.”

Please open Wp content/themes/Avada/asstes/css/woocommerce.css. In this file you will get this class- .cart-totals-buttons, .shipping_calculator, .coupon, #customer_login .col-1, #customer_login .col-2, .checkout_coupon, .cross-sells{}

Please set the padding : 0px; instead of 30px.
