Nizam Uddin I have purchased the advanced search plugin and for some reason I don't have a key in my account and I don't have access to the search plugin forum. The documentation on this plugin seems non existent? If I am missing something I apologise. I need the key and documentation on how to create a search form urgently!

Sorry for inconvenience! Details documentation of Advanced search widget is not available at this moment. Please open readme.txt file inside the plugin where you will get short documentation. Thank you…

I’m sorry but you can’t take money and not provide instructions! Please spend 10 minutes to create a video on how top use the plugin. 10 minutes!

I’ve read the readme.txt and it doesnt tell me a whole lot!

When you access Settings > Advanced Search

There is a field in the Search Box by default which doesnt have any options to update or delete? What is this?

Thats the search box option where you can update label of the search box.

The label?

Is that the title? Is that for a keyword search? What if you only want to search via custom post types or custom taxonomy?

Can I delete that option?

I think you misunderstood something! That is the main search box. Without that box where will you put your keyword?
Advanced search widget is for keyword search that allows you to search through your custom post types and custom taxonomies. As well as in your post custom fields. Thanks for understanding..

No I don’t misunderstand anything! I want to do an advanced search based on custom fields and taxonomy criteria not keyword.

Given the fact that this plugin lacks documentation and is not what I expected can I please arrange for a refund?
