Dokan child theme css issue

Sk	Hello, I can't edit anything in my child themes style.css. Followed all the steps but nothing happens when changing any css. Help Please?

Olof	Also tested plugin “One-Click Child Theme” but same problem, nothing takes effect.. My style.css looks like this and below my functions.php: /* Theme Name: dokan-child Description: childtheme of dokan Author: admin Template: dokan (optional values you can add: Theme URI, Author URI, Version) */ @import url(“../dokan/style.css”); My functions.php:
