Please, open themes/dokan/style.css and paste the following lines of style at the bottom.

.dokan-dashboard .dokan-dash-sidebar ul.dokan-dashboard-menu li.active {
  background: #dd3333 !important;
}
.dokan-dashboard .dokan-dash-sidebar ul.dokan-dashboard-menu li:hover {
  background: #dd3333 !important;
}

Please let me know the result.
