Dokan Earnings are Incorrect

Simon Hello, I have been trying to get this issue resolved for about one month (https://wedevs.com/support/topic/seller-dashboard-earnings-different-from-logs/page/4/) and you passed me on to someone called Sk. He is not replying to my Skype messages and my problem is still ongoing and I have lost thousands of euro in income. I am now very unhappy with the service I have received and I wish for it to be resolved immediately. Can you read the forum posts in the link above and investigate my issue. The last time I spoke on the forum, it looked like we were close to a solution but then there has been no progress.

While my problem has been going on Dokan has moved from 2.2 to 2.4 version. I have not upgraded as it might make my problem worse. However, you might know if my issues were looked at in this upgrade?

Hello Simon,

To upload a new downloaded Dokan plugin please follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Please login to FTP server.

Step 2: navigate wp-content/plugins/ folder.

Step 3: Download the Dokan plugin folder to your local PC.

Step 4: Delete the Dokan Plugin.

Step 5: Upload the new downloaded Dokan plugin to the previous folder “wp-content/plugins/”

Hi, yes, I know how to update a plugin this way. The problem is the last time that I did this, it crashed the whole backend of the web site and somebody had to send me some file to fix the problem. I know you guys are off on Thursdays and Fridays so I am afraid it will not work.

I have to leave now for a meeting so won’t be back in time but can you send me a message if there is no risk of this issue happening this time and I will happily update. Otherwise, let me know the best time to do it so we can resolve any future problems.

So, I decided to update to 2.4.2 about an hour ago and very glad I didn’t do it before you were off. The plugin updated but when I regenerate the Order Sync Table, it stops after 500 records. I have over 6,000 orders so all my sellers’ records (except for the first 500 are not showing up in their dashboards) In light of this, I have put my web site into maintenance mode until this is rectified.

I must remind you now that it is over 2 months since this issue was raised and the web site is now completely unusable again until the records are regenerated.

You have my full permission to log in with the details I sent to you in order to regenerate the orders. You are 6 hours ahead of my timezone so I hope this will be rectified and I can switch off maintenance mode when I wake up in the morning. I am pasting this post to Sk too.

I also note that a user, Craig, is having the exact same problem as me. This is very worrying.

Any news on this Simon? I hate how this group does not answer questions in full or avoid the question in the first place. Please keep me updated on your issues and I will do the same from mine.

Hello Simon,

Please increase the max_execution time. Because 6000 orders are huge and its need plenty amount of time to execute the script.

Contact with your hosting provider to increase the max_execution time.

When done please let me know the result.

I’m very skeptical that this is the problem as before I updated to 2.4 from 2.2 of Dokan, I was able to sync the orders without any issues and there were over 6,000 orders. This must be something to do with the code in Dokan. It is now the 3rd day with the web site completely down and nearly 3 months since the issue started.

They have done this and no success. Still exactly the same.

Please solve this problem as it is clearly on Dokan’s end where the problem is. It was working perfectly in 2.2 and now isn’t working in 2.4
