I've been working for a company that has bought your plugin and implemented into an e-commerce platform.
I am currently in the testing stage and let me honestly tell you that so far I am not too impressed with
what suppose to be the most advanced and expensive plugin on the market.
Apart from other bugs, I have spotted some major flaws in your withdraw system.
First of all the “Withdraw Threshold” doesn't seems to be working when trying to disable with the default input
of “0” . I actually had to go through other topic in these forums to realize that it should be set to “-1”.
If a I as a seller don't fill up my payment method for receiving the money, I can still make a withdraw request that
is submitted to the admin for processing.
Shouldn't I get some sort of message saying: “sorry, you cannot make a withdraw request, because you haven't fill in
any payment option for receiving this payment” ??
And on the top of this, I tested the following scenario :
I sold goods for $45 – in total 3 orders.
This money is now available for me to withdraw.
I submitted a withdraw request for $45, but in the same time, I have refunded one of the orders.
So the refunded amount has been correctly deducted from my withdraw balance and my balance is now $35 however
the withdraw request has been submitted to the administrator for processing for $45.
So if this happen in a real situation, and I accept this request, I will end up loosing money, correct ??
And apart from all that, all I can see is : Your Balance is $45
But wouldn't it be so much nicer if I could see what exactly is included in these $45 ?? order totals, shipping costs, commission etc.
It is just too confusing for the seller to actually know what and how much am I getting paid for.. At the moment, I just have no idea at all, so does the admin who pays the money.
It would be really great if these issues and bugs were addressed, because this is not a working plugin in my opinion.

I have tested in my side but i did not see any kind of problem. I have purchased a product which cost is $20 with shipping cost so when i have refunded that product cost only the main product price was refunded which was $10 but the shipping cost was remain in the main balance. Actually i am not clear about your issue. Though you have written a lot but i think if you can then please provide a screenshot here which will help me to understand your problem.

Appreciate your answer. It is not the refund feature. That works fine and refunds are processed.
The issues are with the “Withdraw” function.
So here is my scenario :
As a seller, I processed and completed and order for $20.
The $20 is now shown in my account balance and it is available to withdraw.
I submit a withdraw request.
My withdraw request is now submitted to admin for approval.
In the same time, I refund this order.
So basically the order is refunded, money id deducted from my balance and my balance is 0,
however the admin still received and can process my withdraw request that I submitted earlier.
No warnings that the seller refunded the order, no warnings about the seller's current balance. So if admin approves
this withdraw request then the company just lost 20 bucks.
Do you know what I'm talking about ?
And also, I haven't provided my payment details, paypal, skrill or bank details. So I shouldn't be able to
submit a withdraw request in the first place.
I should get an error message asking to fill up my payment details in order to submit a withdraw request.

This problem will not available from next update. Because we will add a new system for seller to refund.

We have already removed those controversial feature. So in our next update we are removing the refund option for the seller. Our next update will available from tomorrow. We will make a new feature for refund with huge facilities.
