only works the first time, or only the first time you click on “on-hold” or other options. After the first time no longer works.
I made a video, please watch it and even the screen to show that the admin panel orders are seen properly. It seems that does not update ever more after the first time.
I created two accounts. One seller (called seller) and one buyer (called buyer).

I have reproduced this issue in my local server but did not get any inconsistency. I can make a new order as a customer and that order show to a seller as per rules. There is no trouble. What I can say is now for a diagnosis purpose can you please install a fresh WordPress with only Dokan and Woocommerce?

I installed everything from scratch, including database and wordpress. Now it all seems to work 🙂 Let's see how it goes in a few days.

I am really glad to know that the problem has been solved.
Customization are required to insert a logo into the template. If you know how to do code you can do yourself or you can hire a developer.

I tried to insert html code into the template (when the product is released), but it does not format with html.

You have already noticed that email template file has the .php extension. That means you can not paste the direct HTML code in that file.
Follow how everything accomplishes in email template file then you will get hints, I guess.
