There is no issue like this in our add-on. Transaction is invalid- this error is not for the add-on. There is something missing in your settings or configuration. If you can not provide your details then we can not check that. So, I will request you to submit your details then we can check it.

Nayem, have a look at your forum. There are other people, including me having this issue. All you guys ever do is deny that there is a issue when you should be helping find a fix. You said yesterday an update will be released. Where is the update?

Surely by now you would have identified what settings are required for people to get this sorted. Plenty of people have reported this issue. PayPal mentioned something to do with transaction key or id not being present. Please find a fix because it is causing stress and issues for a lot of people and you denying there is a issue is not helping.

This is just poor service nayem

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. We will release the update today. Yes, you are correct many users having this error. But you have to know that this error comes when there is something wrong with the configuration.

Nayem, thanks for your reply.

If it is something to do with the setting then surely you guys have seen enough of these errors to know what settings are missing.

My site was working fine with adaptive payment until the recent update so I know it’s not my settings.

Please have a look at your plug in.

Your sandbox mode was working that means there is no issue with the plugin. But you can do final check after updating to the new version of this add-on. I have asked for your details but you did not provide your site details. For that reason right now it is complicated to find out the issue.

You can download the latest version of this add-on from your account(wedevs.com/account). Please before installing the latest version, you have to delete the previous installation.
