Dokan Per Product Shipping is an add-on for Dokan plugin. So if you have changed something in plugin file then it will be erase but if you have changed something in the add-on then Dokan plugin update will not erase anything.

Was this fix made in Dokan or Dokan Per Product Shipping. Remember, I did not make the fix, someone on your team did. So I am not sure which plugin they changed.

If you had a problem like- “Shipping not define or choosen” then it was fixed from per product shipping add on. You can update if you want.
