This is from DaWanda.de the biggest webshop in Germany for DIY items. Just like Etsy.com but DaWanda is from Germany (EU) and therefore has the legal requirements enforced for each shop owner.

For your feature- I have seen that. I will notify to our developer about that. Actually we did not get this feature request before. So if we get more request like this we will think about it to implement.

thx for the Child Theme fix, but it still does not work! as the sidebar is still broken! (Shows footer widgets as well..) Does not matter..

Also I have found that in the shipping settings there is actually 2 text areas where a seller can set his terms and return policy, so that should be covered alright!
