Please install the latest update of Store support from your account. Now, store support is a widget. You have to place the widget in your store page sidebar.

I installed new version (v1-2.2) of Support plugin. But support button is not showing on the side bar of marketica theme! I signed as customer to seller store page. please help us,

I installed new version (v1.3) plugin. I saw widget of dokan support on admin>theme>widgets. But we can add it only to main widgets or footer widgets . We don't control dokan store sidebar widgets here . Dokan side bar widgets control just on admin>dokan>settings>generals as enable/disable!!!

You have to place the widget from Wp admin->Appearace->Widget. Now if you have any sidebar in store page add this widget in that sidebar then it will appear.

I added support widget to “main widget” area. We are using dokan sidebar but we don't see and control dokan sidebar area on Wp admin->Appearace->Widget. if you can sign our admin panel, you can understand!August 6, 2015 at 6:22 pm #65734
I think woosidebars plugin showing specific sidebar for page. Please deactivate the plugin and use WordPress default widget system.

I have version 1.2 of the store support plugin installed. When logged-in as a seller, I am able to view support tickets, but not able to add a reply because the form elements are not appearing in the Add Reply area.August 9, 2015 at 5:07 am #66043
We are trying to work the support plugin for 4 days, but don't work still,
module add_action to seller header tabs of your dokan theme. Bu we don't use dokan theme. we try for our theme actions for example add_action like add_action( ‘dokan_sidebar_store_after', array( $this, ‘generate_support_button' ) );
Sidebar display support button, but don't response and work, I think must open a popup window for register or ticket contact. but no working support button!

Hi Nayem. I reviewed the Admin configuration instructions for Store support but I do not have the Store drop area (2) in the Widgets area. We are using Dokan v2.2.2 and Store Support 1.3.
