Brenda | The java error originally seen is very likely a browser issue — the browser used by the customer is running the java script and the java is sending information to the server for the server to execute the Stripe connect stuff. If the JS isn’t running on the client (customer) browser, then you will have an error message about it. We have a seller right now who cannot connect with us via Stripe and we’re tracing to a JS error that seems to be unique to that seller — we’ve asked him to go to another computer to check. We had a second seller with similar issues — she had to go to a different computer and browser. Second seller was successful on a different computer/browser. The credit card error (even when you have un-selected Stripe you see that popup with test cc number) may be due to a cache plugin you’ve got set or other cache related matters. Suggest that make sure you’ve unclicked Stripe as being an Offered payment method everywhere and make sure it’s not showing up as a preferred payment method after your save. Since the first problem (JS) is likely browser-related, perhaps this is as well. Consider logging out of your browser completely, clearing cache etc. We’ve had some odd wordpress “lingers” with WooCommerce (not just Dokan) and cache in the past — so we tend to do this if encountering changes that just won’t “take” |

Chris | I have tried on multiple browsers and computers but I’m still getting an issue when the stripe popup is disabled. Javascript is definitely enabled and I’ve populated the card details in test mode (4242424242424242, 11/20, 111) yet I still get the error: “Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript.” Could you please investigate into what’s causing this? Thanks, |
