Hi, if I cancel a subscription of a seller, then this subscription is deleted from the "subscription user list" correctly. But if the seller enters the Subscription section in the Seller dashboard he cannot order this pack again, because it says "You Alredy taken". This is incorrect, the seller has to be able to order this pack again. The spelling is incorrect, too. -> "Alredy" ? Thx.

Hello,

Thank you for informing us about the spelling mistake. This will be surely fixed in our next release.

If you are trying to use a free pack again then it will not possible because free pack can be used once in a time. Please let me know is it a free pack or not!

If I delete this user from the subscription user list, then he should be able to be reasigned again.
What else should be the meaning of the cancellation from the subscription list?

If I keep this user on the subscription list, then I agree, that it should not be possible to be reasign him again.

Hello,

Seller will not be able to use a free pack twice in a time. Free package can be used for only one time. For the paid pack- seller can cancel their running package to switch another one. Now, if you are trying to assign free pack to a seller second time then it will not possible.
