Dokan Subscriptions : Seller remains unable to add the product

Hello, I have Dokan theme installed along with the Dokan Subscriptions add-on on my website. I have made all the settings right well but the things is Seller remains unable to add the product even after subscribing a package. I had Dokan Paypal Adaptive payment as well so I thought that it would causing an issue. But I have tried using the simple Paypal payment method though the problem is same. Please reply as soon as possible as this is too urgent. Thanks. | |

Hello David, Please make sure that you have enabled Subscription for your seller and you have to also make sure that you have set the number of product in the subscription for the seller to upload. Please check and let me know. Thank you 🙂 | |

Hello Nayem, Thanks for your response. I have checked and found that I already have enabled Subscription for the sellers as well as I already have set the no of product that the subscribed seller can add and I also have mentioned the Pack Validity. Please check the attached sceenshots. The things is that I can not even see the list of the sellers who have subscribed any one of the packages from Dokan => Subscription. Thanks..! | |
