    Hi,

    There is a V2.4.6 update notification on WordPress, however i can not see any details about V2.4.6 nor i can download it from dashboard on this website. Can you advise whether there is an update and what has changed with this newer version? I would like to know more before i update it. Thanks

    Hi Nayem,

    Thanks for the info. I just tried to update it via WordPress but failed with this message ‘An error occurred while updating Dokan – Multi-vendor Marketplace: Download failed. Not Found' and i still cant find the latest version in the My account dashboard on this website. Can you please advise on this? thanks

    Hi Nayem,

    I have the same problem too
    I couldn't update the plugin to version 2.4.6
    I receive this error message:
    An error occurred while updating Dokan – Multi-vendor Marketplace: Update package not available.

    Another important question: Does Dokan theme support full Right-to-left (RTL) as “WooCommerce RTL Version 1.0.6” for example, to both the User Interface, Admin Area, and vendor (seller) dashboard???

    Hello,

    If you are having trouble to update the plugin from your dashboard then please download the latest version from your account and install it in your site. Before installing the latest version please delete your previous installation.

    Yes, Dokan plugin/theme is RTL compatible.

    Yes, Dokan is compatible with the latest WOoCommerce version. The latest version of DOkan is v2.4.7.

    Any news on fixing the tags issues? My site http://www.hebrewreader.com cant still function properly and I had to disable the plugin. If that cant be fixed please refund.

    update 2.4.8 has shut down my sellers DASHBOARD. Sellers cannot access their dashboards, they get a “PAGE NOT FOUND” when they try to access.

    Anyone else having this issue???

    HELP! My sellers are trying to create coupons and add products for the upcoming BLACK FRIDAY sales…

    Hello Tracy,

    Please navigate to wp-admin/settings/permalinks and set your site permalinks as “Post name” and “Product”. After saving these changes, reload the dashboard page.
