Hi, the Dokan theme V2.2.1 is not responsive anymore. The products in the frontpage slider are shown very big like they were zoomed. Please let me know what was changed since V2.2 Above this, my title and my tagline does not display anymore. But I this does not work, too, if I step back to 2.2., maybe it has something to do with the last wordpress update. Any ideas? Thx

Hello Robert,

To fix the responsive issue Please download the file from this link.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/cztrmo6g5gpfcmd/style.css?dl=0

Now, Follow this steps:

Step 1: Navigate to plugins/dokan/assets/css/

Step 2: Remove/backup/rename the style.css file

Step 3: Paste the download file in that location which mentioned in step 1.

Hope it will solve the responsive issue for this time.

If you get anything inconsistency please let me know.

Thanks

Hello Towhid,

unfortunately this did not change anything.

FYI: In this directory plugins/dokan/assets/css/ there was no style.css which I could Remove/backup/rename. So I simply copied your style.css in this directory.

But as I said, I don’t think that the problem comes from the theme with its stylesheet, because the only difference between my Test- and Production-Environment is that
– the Test-environment runs Dokan Plugin 2.4.5 and
– the Production environment runs Dokan Plugin 2.4.3. (, where everything works).

So in my opinion everything indicates, that the problem comes from the Dokan Plugin 2.4.5 and not from the Dokan Theme 2.2.1.

Any other ideas?

Thx Robert

Hello Robert,

You did not include FTP login details yet. You have only provide wp-admin login credentials.

Please provide your login details(FTP) by using this form: http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/. I will have a look what is going wrong.

Thank you 🙂

I’ve sent you the ftp-credentials now, too. It is FTP Passive mode.
Please have a look at it, I really don’t want to get stuck with an old plugin version, just because of this responsive issue.
Thx,
Robert

Hello Robert,

Just have opened Plugin 2.4.5/assets/css/ folder and renamed style.css file to style_backup.css. Then I have uploaded the new style.css file (which I have told you to download from the link) to this folder `Plugin 2.4.5/assets/css/. Now everything is working.

Thanks

Perfect thanks, I think my mistake was, that I uploaded the css to themes assets/css, instead to the plugins assets/css…:-).
For future releases:
Will this new plugin css-fix be available in future plugin releases, or will I always have to upload it on my own?
Thx, Robert
