The Dokan have a problem to import products to another reseller , so I opted to use the addon Import / export but it matters not properly giving option to select a new dealer j'pa tried in many ways a solution with the development team , but so far nothing , apparently , require the investment of money back , if not remedied .
You can not import any product which is already available. If you can then please try with WordPress importer. You can not upload WooCommerce dummy data twice in a time you will get notice – This product is already exist. In our dokan import/export you can import product which is not exist.
You can not ask for refund for not having a feature in a product. You can only ask for a refund if we fail to fix a issue like a feature is not working like it should. For an example, the admin gets commission only for the product price; but the system is calculation the admin commission over shipping price only. Which is making the calculation wrong or each time you edit a product, the data is not updated.
