Tareq Hasan	Hello, If i understand it right, i have to create a New form, Set it to draft so the Message will be stored. With the notification i get the Email. Can i Set this Special Form not to be able to edit? Right now it Looks more like a Ticket Support System. Cheers, Denis

Tareq Hasan	You could remove the dashboard and the post edit links so users won’t find the post edit link and won’t be able to edit the post.
